OVERVIEW
The humanitarian conditions in the surveyed districts are rapidly worsening due to drought, resulting in increased displacement (741 households, primarily in Waajid), deteriorating water access and higher prices, expanding disease outbreaks, and rising malnutrition. Livelihoods are seriously impacted, with extensive livestock deaths and poor animal health caused by water and pasture shortages. Despite these critical needs, humanitarian aid remains extremely limited, indicating a crucial gap that necessitates immediate expansion of multi-sectoral response,
