MOGADISHU H.E. Mohamud Moallim Abdulle, Chairman of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), met yesterday in Mogadishu with a delegation from the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to explore opportunities for enhancing collaboration in emergency response sectors.
